One of us

Last year saw the launch of EE’s first ever graduate scheme. The response was big, really big, but second time round we’re looking to go one bigger. You see, it’s a seriously exciting time to be part EE. We have huge plans and need graduates with the belief, spunk and passion to make them happen.

There are eight graduate paths in total – each focusing on a different area of the business, but all lasting two years and consisting of four six-month rotations. You can find out more about each of them, hear from last years’ graduates and start the application process below. Come and be EE.

What is the best thing about the EE grad scheme?

Variety of roles - the fact you can change what you're doing four times was a massive draw for me.

Professional development

As a graduate, we’ll expect you to take the initiative when it comes to your development. And in most cases, that will mean focusing on a good balance of business, personal and technical skills. That’s not to say you’ll be on your own, of course. In fact, we’ll be behind you every step of the way, giving you all the support and resources you need to achieve your goals and realise your ambitions.

That support will kick in soon after you start with us, when your manager will sit down with you and help you set some key objectives. From there, a wide range of on-the-job training, classroom-based courses, remote study and online learning opportunities will help you hone the knowledge and skills you need to get ahead.

Part of our commitment to your personal development involves funding your studies towards a relevant professional qualification. And with those all-important letters after your name, you’ll be set for a brilliant career ahead.

What’s in it for you?

Aside from the obvious benefits of rapid career progression and all the training and development you can handle, you’ll find these schemes immensely rewarding in lots of different ways.

The starting salary on all of them is £27,000 and beyond that, you can look forward to a range of standard and voluntary benefits. If you live more than 50 miles away from your final site, you'll also get a relocation allowance of up to £1,500.

Bonus and Commission

Everyone here plays a part in achieving our goals and making us a success, so it’s only right that we all share in the rewards. Everyone is in either a discretionary commission scheme or bonus plan. Your offer letter will tell you which one you’re in.

Employee Options

We want everyone at EE to feel really proud of our great products and services. That’s why we offer you brilliant discounts through employee options – from phones to broadband.

Benefit Bundles

We have a range of voluntary benefits that you can choose from through Benefit Bundles – our flexible benefits website. It covers childcare vouchers, dental insurance, cycle2work schemes and much more.

Holidays and Time Off

Employees get 25 days paid holiday each year. Because taking time away from work is important to keep you feeling fresh and motivated, we give you the option to buy extra holiday and support you to maintain a balance between work and home life.

Healthcare Cash Plan

The healthcare cash plan helps towards your healthcare costs by offering money back for a range of everyday healthcare bills such as physiotherapy, optical and dental.

What we look for

Clearly, the academic background we look for will vary from scheme to scheme. But so long as you’ve gained a good 2:1 (or equivalent), we’re fairly open-minded about the subject of your degree.

Every bit as important will be the personal and professional qualities you bring. Enthusiasm. Initiative. Ambition. And above all, the values we all share.
