Apply online

Fill in our online application form and send it back to us. But before you do, it’s worth taking our “Is This Job For You?” interactive quiz, which you’ll find below.

If we like what we see in your initial application, we’ll send you a link to our online assessment.

Online assessment

This consists of 12 scenario-based questions and 72 personality- based questions, which sounds a lot but shouldn’t take more than half an hour or so to complete.

If you pass this stage, we’ll be in touch to arrange a phone interview.

Phone interview

At an agreed time, one of our recruitment team will call you for a short telephone interview.

If that goes well, we’ll then be in touch again to arrange a two-stage in-store assessment.

In-store assessment

The first stage is a competency-based interview and pre-prepared sales pitch (we’ll send you details beforehand). This will take around 45 minutes. Stage two includes a product challenge and a short role-play exercise, which together will take around 1 hour 15 minutes.

Unfortunately, we won’t be able to tell you there and then if you’ve got the job as you’ll need to have a quick chat with one of our Regional Managers first. But we’ll let you know as soon as we can, and if successful, we’ll call to make you a formal offer and agree a start date.

Final steps

If we do offer you the job, keep an eye on your inbox for an email with your contract. Have a little read, make sure you’re happy and send us your acceptance as soon as you can.

Around the same time, expect another email from a company called Security Watchdog. It’s a request for your references, so again please reply to it as soon as you can. Then just sit back and relax while we get everything ready for your first day.

Apply online

For Head Office roles, our online application consists of a few straightforward questions about yourself, which we’ll ask you to answer and send back along with a copy of your CV.

Video interview

If you impress us with your CV, one of our recruitment team will be in touch to arrange a video interview. This will give you the chance to make your CV come to life and discuss your skills and experience in relation to the role.

Next up, we’ll invite you along for a face to face interview and assessment.

Face to face interview/assessment

You can always expect an interview, and depending on the role, we may also ask you to attend an assessment centre. And it’s on the strength of both of these that we’ll make our final decision.

We won’t be able to tell you on the day whether or not you’ve got the job. But we’ll let you know as soon as we can. If successful, we’ll call to make you a formal offer and agree a start date.

Final Steps

If we do offer you the job, keep an eye on your inbox for an email with your contract. Have a little read, make sure you’re happy and send us your acceptance as soon as you can.

You’ll also need to provide information for a company called Security Watchdog with regards to your references. Then just sit back and relax while we get everything ready for your first day.
