Open 365 days a year, our contact centres are welcoming, friendly places where everyone -- whether they’re students or parents, full timers or part-timers – is encouraged and supported to perform at their best. From explaining a bill or sorting a payment issue, to talking through the features of a shiny new smartphone, our contact centre teams take over 70 million calls a year from all kinds of people about all kinds of things. 

It’s not an easy job. And having to deal with frustrated customers, resolve tricky issues and meet challenging targets can be tough. But for those with the resilience, enthusiasm and people skills required, the rewards are 100% worth it.


At EE, we’re on a mission to become the UK’s #1 for service. Sure, it’s a bold ambition, but when you’ve met our EE Extraordinaires, you’ll see why we’re feeling confident. Friendly, focused and ready for anything, this lot bring bags of personality and people skills to our Contact Centres, so our customers feel well looked after. It's a non-stop celebration of digital innovation over at EE.

It's a fact we're already delivering 4G services to 90% of the UK population, but it doesn't stop there. As part of BT, who have recently secured 40MHz of 3.4GHZ spectrum suitable for 5G services, this is just the beginning for what's next for super-fast, super-awesome connection with EE.

We've been pretty busy over the last six months. With 105 new sites built, our coverage will not only deliver connectivity for EE customers and the Emergency Services Network, but it will help us in our ambition to cover 95% of the UK with super-awesome, superfast 4G by 2020. It's getting really exciting over here.
