And we’re always on the lookout for adaptable, target driven people to help us achieve it in our Sales, Collections and Customer Service teams.
From explaining a bill or sorting a payment issue, to talking through the features of a shiny new smartphone, our Contact Centre teams take 77 million calls a year from all kinds of people about all kinds of things. It’s not an easy job. And having to deal with frustrated customers, resolve tricky issues and meet challenging targets can be tough. But for those with the resilience, enthusiasm and people skills required, the rewards are 100% worth it.

Working in our contact centres isn’t always easy. When customers call us, they want their query dealt with the first time, every time. It’s down to our teams to take ownership of the situation and make sure the customer is happy with the end resolution. It can be challenging, turning sometimes negative customer experiences into positive ones, but it’s definitely rewarding.

Our CEO loves to get out and about to meet with our teams across the country. Last month, Marc visited the team in Greenock and was chuffed to be presented with some very tasty new tarten socks. With plenty of refreshments laid on, a good visit was had by all.
