Contact Centres

The voice of EE.

Here at EE, we’re already the UK’s no.1 network. But we’re on a mission to be no.1 for service, too. Open 365 days a year, our six contact centres are integral to that mission. And we’re always on the lookout for adaptable, target driven people to help us achieve it in our Sales, Collections and Customer Service teams.

From explaining a bill or sorting a payment issue, to talking through the features of a shiny new smartphone, our Contact Centre teams take 77 million calls a year from all kinds of people about all kinds of things. It’s not an easy job. And having to deal with frustrated customers, resolve tricky issues and meet challenging targets can be tough. But for those with the resilience, enthusiasm and people skills required, the rewards are 100% worth it.

Whether you join us in a Customer Service, Sales or Collections role, you’ll listen to each individual, understand their situation and help them get the most out of their EE experience. And we’ve got opportunities for you to join us across the country.

We have six contact centres located around the UK. Find out what goes on at each one and what makes them brilliant below.

The Roles

Working in our contact centres isn’t always easy. When customers call us, they want their query dealt with the first time, every time. It’s down to our teams to take ownership of the situation and make sure the customer is happy with the end resolution. It can be challenging, turning sometimes negative customer experiences into positive ones, but it’s definitely rewarding.

Our roles vary from centre to centre, but we’ve got plenty for you to choose from. Click on them to find out more about what they involve.

Going great-guns in Greenock

03/03/2017 14:48

Our CEO loves to get out and about to meet with our teams across the country. Last month, Marc visited the team in Greenock and was chuffed to be presented with some very tasty new tarten socks. With plenty of refreshments laid on, a good visit was had by all.

Find out why you should become part of the EE team (besides perhaps getting the chance to see Marc's socks firsthand):

Oops, we did it again

There's a happy dance going on right here, right now. We are absolutely delighted to announce that we have moved up to third place in The Sunday Times 30 Best Big Companies to Work For, 2017! View the full list here:

We’re thinking the team had rather a good time at the awards bash - they certainly look like they were rocking it. Don't take The Sunday Times' word for it, experience working for us first hand:

Living the high life

22/02/2017 13:53

At this time of year, the weather can be quite a challenge. However, we love challenges and always do our best to rise to them - sometimes in more ways than one. When a spot in the Highlands lost power recently, our high-flying team helicoptered in a replacement generator.
