Our Doxford Contact Centre is based on the outskirts of Sunderland. And there’s a real family feel to the place. Maybe that’s because we have lots of long-term staff, supporting each other and working hard to meet their targets, week in, week out. Or it could have something to do with our welcoming open plan office. Either way, you’ll find it easy to get involved and meet some friendly new faces.
There’s loads of great facilities, too. Our Samsung Zone’s full of the latest technology and the ping pong table in our Zest Room – our break out area – gets a lot of use. Our on-site canteen also provides the perfect setting for a lunchtime catch up. Oh, and did we mention our concierge service? Whether you’ve got some dry cleaning to drop off or need a last-minute present picked up, just let them know and they’ll head out and do it for you.

We've been pretty busy over the last six months. With 105 new sites built, our coverage will not only deliver connectivity for EE customers and the Emergency Services Network, but it will help us in our ambition to cover 95% of the UK with super-awesome, superfast 4G by 2020. It's getting really exciting over here.
