Life gets pretty busy at our North Tyneside Contact Centre. In fact, we have 2,000 advisors handling 13,000 calls a day. We’re proud to say that each person here works extremely hard to make sure customers get a cracking service: answering queries, solving problems and introducing new technology or services. Everyone has the same drive to meet targets and beat expectations. Our team come from all walks of life and there’s a really strong sense of camaraderie. There’s also always something going on. From our family fun days to fundraising and volunteering for our local charity partners, you’ll find loads of things to get involved in. 

We also have a host of on-site facilities, including our very own concierge service. So if you need a last-minute present picked up or have some dry cleaning to drop off, they’ll head to the local shops for you, leaving you the time for a coffee with colleagues in your break.

We've been pretty busy over the last six months. With 105 new sites built, our coverage will not only deliver connectivity for EE customers and the Emergency Services Network, but it will help us in our ambition to cover 95% of the UK with super-awesome, superfast 4G by 2020.
