COFFEE, COMPETITIONS AND SOLVING PROBLEMS.
A BUSY PLACE WHERE THERE’S ALWAYS A BUZZ
The historic town of Plympton is just six miles from Plymouth City Centre. Home to plenty of churches and castles, it’s also where you’ll find one of our contact centres. The Centre itself is a welcoming place where there’s always something going on – from Macmillan coffee mornings to our contact centre competitions. And of course, our team’s always busy, striving for targets and keeping our customers happy. And when our people aren’t on the phone, sorting queries and problems? Some catch the free bus to Plympton’s picturesque town centre or grab a coffee from our on-site canteen. Others wind down in the chill out room whilst our concierge does their shopping. It’s all about feeling refreshed, relaxed and ready to give great service.
