At EE, all our employees are given plenty of scope to make an impression on the wider world. For example, here's one of our lovely teams volunteering last month at Darlington South Park. Everyone who works for us gets two days' leave to volunteer. We also offer avenues of support for fundraising that include a fund-matching scheme and the chance to support charities through our award-winning Payroll Giving scheme.
It may be a cliche but, there is no “I” in Team, but there is “U” in Volunteer. Give us a hand: http://bit.ly/2akm5p2

At EE we have always valued the diversity of our employees - having people from all walks of life makes us better equipped to help our customers and to encourage creativity and innovation. The BT Group shares our values and runs an initiative called 'BT People Networks'. With members all over the world, it has the reach to impact both the local community and also the company.

One example - the Gender Diversity Network - works hand-in-hand with other companies on 'Step into STEM', a programme that encourages young women and girls to get into STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) careers. Read more here: http://bit.ly/2juteoE
