FINDING THE RIGHT ROLE

Do you have a graduate scheme?

Yes, we do. We launched our very first graduate scheme in 2013. You can find out more and apply or register for alerts on the graduate section of our website.

What are the basic skills and qualifications you look for?

It all depends on the role. You can view all available jobs at apply.ee.co.uk. Just click through to the role you're interested in and cast your eyes over the advert criteria and job description. Everything you need to know will be right there.

How do I decide which area to join?

You can have a look at our business areas using the navigation at the top of the site. Have a browse around the areas that best suit your experience and you should be able to make your decision from there.

I graduated over two years ago. Can I still apply for Graduate scheme?

Yes, you can, there's no expiry date on talent. You can find out more about our graduate scheme in the Graduates section of our website.

Do you recruit apprentices?

Yes, we do. You can learn more and apply on the apprentices section of our careers site.

Do you offer internships?

No, we currently don't offer the option of internships. And while we do offer work experience, we tend to focus on students from the schools and colleges in our local communities. You can find out all about it on our work experience page.

If you are interested in entry-level roles, we do offer a range of graduate schemes and apprenticeships. Read all about it.

Can I apply to more than one business area or role?

In our Head Office areas you can apply for more than one position as long as it's not the same role. What we would say though, is to only apply for roles where you think your skills, knowledge and experience are suitable. You can see this in the advert criteria and job description for each role.

In our Contact Centres and Retail stores we ask that you only apply for one role at a time. In these areas our recruiters will have access to your details and can match you with any other available roles that may be suitable.

The roles I am interested in are not currently listed?

We advertise new roles daily and we don't accept speculative applications. So to save you coming back to check the job board every day, you can sign up for job alerts at apply.ee.co.uk/alertregister.
