Tip-top training

At EE, we want you to thrive. That’s why we provide all the opportunities you need to get where you want to be.

As a new Store Manager, we’ll send you on a three-day Retail Induction – lucky you – followed by roughly six weeks of on the job training. There will also be ongoing online training throughout your role.

There are 5 simple steps to our application process:

Step One

Fill in our online application form and send it back to us.

Step Two

Complete our online assessment. This is made up of scenario and personality based questions and takes about 30 minutes to complete.

Step Three

If you pass the assessment, we’ll be in touch to schedule a short telephone interview.

Step Four

If we feel you’d be a good fit, we’ll invite you to an assessment centre.

Step Five

Final steps. We’ll email you the result of the assessment centre. If we offer you the job, we’ll send you some reference and background screening forms that will need to be completed and sent back to us. Then, all you need to do is sit back and relax as we get everything ready for your first day.
